EIGHT gardens in Hambleden will open to the public on Saturday, June 14 from 1pm to 5pm.
The proceeds will go towards the refurbishment of the village hall, including redecorating and upgrading the electrical system.
The gardens taking part are Burrow Farm, Little Colstrope, Kendricks, The Cottage, The Old Museum, Varnells, Woolleys and Yew Tree Cottage.
There will be a raffle in the village hall with prizes including a stay at the Stag and Huntsman in Hambleden, a round of golf for four at Harleyford Golf Club in Marlow and cream tea for two people at Danesfield House Hotel. Tickets cost £1 and the draw will take place at 5pm.
The event coincides with the monthly market in the village hall and tea and cakes will be available there and at Burrow Farm. Entry costs £10 for all the gardens or £3 per garden (children go free).
