BRAKSPEAR pubs in Henley and Sonning Common have won hospitality awards.
The Little Angel and the Butcher’s Arms were two of five pubs out of the 130 that Brakspear owns across the country to win the award.
The winning pubs, which were chosen after visits from mystery customers, won plaques and a choice of either £1,000 cash or £2,000 to invest in their business.
The awards were announced at the annual Brakspear summer party, which was held at Bix Manor and attended by 150 tenants and leaseholders.
Doug and Lolly Green run the Little Angel in Remenham Lane, Henley, along with the Cherry Tree in Stoke Row and the Unicorn in Kingwood.
