McCord and Lambourne

TRACEY LHEA MCCORD and Barry Lambourne were married at Milton Hill House, Abingdon, on October 3.

The bride is the daughter of Maurice and Violet Suchanecki and the groom is the son of Keith and Joan Lambourne.

Tracey, who was given away by her son, Jamie Belcher, wore an ivory strapless lace dress with a train and the family tiara. Her bouquet was purple and cream silk roses.

Her matrons of honour were Emma Clark, her daughter, and Karen Jones, the groom’s sister. Her bridesmaids were Bryonny Chiltern-Clark, her granddaughter, Tiffany Belcher, her daughter-in-law and Jodi Smith, her daughter. Her flower girls were two of her granddaughters, Lillie-Maye Clark and Isabella Grace Clark.

All the bridesmaids wore purple floor- length short sleeve dresses with sequined bodices and faux fur wraps and had flower garlands in their hair. The flower girls wore ivory dresses with purple sashes and had flower garlands in their hair. They had baskets of rose petals which they threw on the way down the aisle.



The best man was Graham Clinch and the four ushers were Ryhan and Joshua Carey, grandsons, and Adam and Liam Jones, nephews. The ring bearer was Dylan Connolly, a grandson, and the page boy was Oliver Clark, a grandson.

All the groomsmen. including Dylan and Oliver, wore grey top hats and tails with purple waistcoats and cravats. Oliver, one, wore a sign round his neck saying: “Barry, here comes Nanny”.

The reception was held at Milton Hill House and included a magician, helter skelter ride and a caricaturist. Michelle Jordan from Heart was the DJ. There was also a fireworks display by Sonning Fireworks.

The couple honeymooned in Pembrokeshire, a gift from friends. They will go on a “proper” honeymoon in Australia over Christmas and New Year. They will live in Shiplake.
