Precarious draft neighbourhood plan for Watlington

RESIDENTS of Watlington will soon have a chance to comment on the town’s neighbourhood plan.

RESIDENTS of Watlington will soon have a chance to comment on the town’s neighbourhood plan.

The draft document is currently being compiled and a timetable for public consultation will be announced in the next few weeks.

Jeremy Bell, who chairs the neighbourhood plan steering committee, has admitted the the plan is in a “quite precarious” position after an application for 100 homes between Watlington and Pyrton was submitted to South Oxfordshire District Council by Providence Land.
