Council magazine has better outlook

SOUTH Oxfordshire District Council says that readership and satisfaction with its residents’ newsletter Outlook “is steadily on the increase”.

The publication is produced three times a year and is delivered to the district’s 55,000 households.

The latest edition reports on Compost Awareness Week, the floods and the Woodcote neighbourhood plan referendum but, with the exception of one small mention, Henley does not feature at all.

I’m not sure that will do much to improve those readership figures.

Oh, by the way, each copy costs us taxpayers 21p.
