A NEW public pathway is to be created in Henley.
The route will be about half a mile long, connecting Pack and Prime Lane with a footpath behind homes in Valley Road.
The pathway runs through land owned by Henley Town Council and Valley Road residents David and Kay Emanuel, who have agreed to dedicate their land to a public right of way.
The council signed the public path dedication deed on Tuesday.
Deputy Mayor Jeni Wood thanked the Emanuels, saying: “This is a lovely walk and such a gift to the town.”
