THE Oratory School is preparing a planning application for housing in Woodcote.
It owns the site at Chiltern Rise Cottage, off Reading Road, which is considered suitable for 24 homes under the village’s neighbourhood plan.
The school is investigating options for access off Tidmore Lane. The entrance must not be built off Reading Road as the plan forbids any development which would increase traffic there.
Meanwhile, Millgate Homes has submitted revised plans for 14 homes at the former Chiltern Queen bus depot in Long Toll, which is in accordance with the plan.
