WI-FI access is to be installed at the sports pavilion in Rotherfield Peppard.
The parish council has agreed to fund the cost, a one-off payment of £760 and then £600 a year.
The pavilion doors are to be fitted with new locks and the loft hatch and toilet floor will be repaired.
A new notice board was installed outside the pavilion by Ridgeway Oak last week with the help of councillors Barry Wood, Tony Cotton and Simon Crouch.
The council are the trustees of the pavilion in Stoke Row Road.
Councillor Wood said: “I feel this is a real move forward.”
