QUOTES are to be sought to refurbish an empty house in Watlington town centre so that it can be sold or rented.

Watlington Parish Council wants two estimates to restore 33 High Street, which is owned by the Charlotte Coxe Trust, whose conditions state that assets must be managed for the benefit of the residents of Watlington.

In January the Henley Standard reported that the cost of refurbishing the property could be more than £50,000.
