THE heating system at Sonning Common village hall has been upgraded.

This includes a new boiler and thermostat radiators to make temperature control more efficient. Last year the hall had new ceiling insulation installed.

The improvements cost £16,000 and were paid for by the parish council and the village hall management committee with the help of a £4,500 grant from the Trust for Oxfordshire’s Environment.
