A COUNCILLOR tried to “sabotage” the application for a grant for the new skate park, it has been claimed. The Henley Skate Park Initiative has been awarded £100,000 by South Oxfordshire District Council. But Councillor Kellie Hinton told a meeting of the recreation and amenities committee: “That wasn’t helped when a member of this town council tried to sabotage the grant application by saying very vicious lies at the district council. It is very shameful to act against this town council.”
