CONSULTATION on the Sonning Common neighbourhood development plan has finished.
The plan for a minimum of 193 homes is on course to go to a public referendum in late spring.
Barrie Greenwood, who chairs the neighbourhood plan working group, said the document would be submitted to South Oxfordshire District Council next month.
The second consultation on a revised draft of the plan officially finished on Friday.
Since the first draft was drawn up 55 homes have been added to the plan.
Councillor Greenwood said: “We have 16 responses from our statutory consultees.
“We have had many responses from residents so we are in the process of dealing with those areas of genuine concern and making small amendments.
“We are hoping to submit it to the district council by the beginning of the second week in January.”
