PLANTERS could be placed along a Henley street to stop lorries from parking on the pavement.

PLANTERS could be placed along a Henley street to stop lorries from parking on the pavement.

The idea was suggested to the town council by a police community support officer after issuing a parking ticket to a driver who parked on the pavement outside Hubbledays in Duke Street.

Henley in Bloom is already considering placing silver birch trees in the street to help reduce pollution.
