THREE Henley town councillors have been appointed to the new neighbourhood plan steering group.

Helen Chandler-Wilde, Jane Smewing and Sara Abey will help oversee delivery of the plan, which was approved in a referendum last month.

They will be joined on the group by a Harpsden parish councillor, a South Oxfordshire district councillor, the Mayor of Henley and four members of the public previously involved with the plan. Nominations will be invited at the town meeting on Thursday.
