ANYONE wanting to learn how to make mosaics can attend a day course for beginners at Ewelme Watercress Centre.
Christine Gibbs is former chairperson of Nettlebed Art Society, who designed and made the Nettlebed village sign. She will be teaching beginners in her workshops the same mosaic-making process as was used for the village sign.
Each student will make a decorative tile to take home, and be issued with materials to make a second one in their own time.
The next workshop will take place on Friday, February 28 and will cost £60 including materials and refreshments. For details call Christine Gibbs on (01491) 642182 or 07929 633384 or email chris@primedesign gardens.freeserve.co.uk
