THE third round of the British Dragon Boat league took place at Wraysbury on Sunday.

With 22 boats competing and the river width restricting each race to only two boats at a time the competition took many hours to complete.

Taking to the river early in the day Henley posted the fourth fastest time in the time trials and progressed through four rounds before finishing fifth overall having beaten many premier league teams in the process.

The final event of the day was a 5,000m pursuit race and Henley beat a number of premier league teams on their way to seventh place.
