On September 19, the entire Shiplake College cohort embarked on a 20-mile charity walk. Pupils and staff walked along the Thames Path following the river from Moulsford all the way back to the college. While the majority of the pupils walked the distance, some chose to run it and others took to the river and rowed all the way. They raised more than £12,000, which will be split equally between four charities chosen by the staff and pupils — Gap Africa, Sue Ryder, Nomad Henley and Paars.
