Mrs Clare Lynas, Headmistress of Rupert House, today announced the school’s latest excellent results.
She said: “We are extremely proud to announce that, with the exception of one or two late assessments, every one of the girls in Year 6 has been successful in securing a place at their chosen senior school, including The Abbey School (Reading), Cranford House (Moulsford), Headington (Oxford), Queen Anne’s (Caversham), Heathfield (Ascot) and St Helen and St Katharine (Abingdon).
“They have also achieved many excellent awards,” she continued. “Freya Bogdanovic won an all-rounder scholarship to St Helen and St Katharine, while Queen Anne’s school awarded academic scholarships to Freya Bogdanovich, Freya Bradbury, Annie King and Holly King. Freya Bradbury also gained a music scholarship, Jasmine Booth a sports exhibition and Saskia Kishon drama and music exhibitions, again at Queen Anne’s. Isobel Clarke was highly commended for her maths by The Abbey. These awards are a powerful recognition of the hard work of both the girls and our staff and I am very proud of all those involved.”
Mrs Lynas added that Rupert House was holding an open morning on Saturday, March 22 from 10am to 12 noon.
“We look forward to welcoming you through our famous blue front door where you will immediately experience the warmth, peace and friendliness that defines Rupert House.
