Range of activities to choose

THE summer term is already in full swing and the Year 6 girls at Rupert House School are preparing for their English speaking assessments.

The pupils have learned a poem to recite and prepared a presentation to share with an audience of external examiners, parents, staff and children.

Speaking with confidence and clarity is an important skill to develop and one that they nurture at Rupert House. Years 4 to 6 are currently rehearsing for their performance of TheWind in the Willows, which they will present on stage at the Kenton Theatre.

All children are training for athletics, with some aiming to reach the National Prep School Athletic Finals at the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham. Rounders is a key sport this term and pupils are eagerly preparing for matches and tournaments against other local schools.

The school is buzzing with enthusiasm. The chamber choir has started to prepare for the end of term and the girls in senior choir are enjoying the songs from The Wind in the Willows.
