QUEEN ANNE’s School in Caversham invites prospective pupils and their parents to one of their upcoming open mornings on Saturday, May 11 or Friday, June 14 at 9.30am.
Renowned for academic success, Queen Anne’s is an independent boarding and day school for girls aged 11 to 18. The school currently has more than 420 girls, approximately half the girls board and half attend as day pupils. The open mornings are designed to give you a flavour of the school. Tours begin at 9.30am and will take just over an hour. You can ask your tour guide — one of our girls — anything. They don’t have a script and will give you their honest feedback on what life as a Queen Anne’s girl is really like.
Whether your daughter becomes an engineer designing robots to navigate deep space, a multi-lingual international legal advocate, or a brain surgeon, the global landscape of her life will be ever changing. It is Queen Anne’s job to ensure your daughter is equipped to deal with her “Life on Mars”. Visit Queen Anne’s to find out more about the Life and Learning Programme to see how the school uses brain plasticity theories to enhance the curriculum.
