APPRENTICESHIPS are a great way for anyone aged 16 or over to gain a nationally recognised qualification whilst developing skills within a working environment.
The Henley College works with more than 400 employers throughout the Thames Valley and offers a range of apprenticeships in many vocational areas including business administration, customer service, childcare, teaching assistants, hospitality and catering, hairdressing, engineering, retail, team leading and management. On average an apprenticeship takes 12 to 18 months to complete and they can offer flexible ways to train to meet the needs of both the employer and learner.
They also offer a recruitment service for both learners and employers allowing them to best fill vacancies.
The college’s training is not tied to the academic year so apprentices can start at any point throughout the year.
