A vibrant education

Cranford House is widely regarded as one of the UK's leading independent small schools.

Cranford House is widely regarded as one of the UK's leading independent small schools.

Situated in Moulsford, on the South Oxfordshire/ Berkshire borders, the  vibrant education offered to girls aged three to 16, and boys aged three to seven, combines academic  excellence, outstanding  pastoral care and a wealth of all-round opportunities. The recent ISI inspection rated Cranford House as  â??excellentâ? in every category in November 2014.

A strong family feel runs through Cranford House, from Little Willows Nursery School into the Junior and Senior Schools.

Small class sizes ensure  individual attention, support and challenge. Specialist teaching is provided, from language, drama and sports coaching to the large team of peripatetic music experts for vocal and instrumental coaching. Extracurricular  opportunities abound, giving pupils the opportunity to learn new skills and discover new talents.

In the Senior School, GCSE results are outstanding; 100 per cent of pupils achieved 5 + A* to C grades including English and Maths in 2014. Highly  respected sixth forms actively court Cranford pupils for their academic ability, strong ethical core and eagerness to commit to school life.

Visit us on our Junior School open morning on Thursday or call in during Junior School Open Week, from March 2 to 6. Alternatively contact admissions@cranfordhouse.net to organise a personal tour.
