Cadets dinner

THE combined cadet force of the Oratory School in Woodcote has held its biennial dinner.

THE combined cadet force of the Oratory School in Woodcote has held its biennial dinner.

The event was attended by several teachers who are officers in the corps as well as serving members of the armed forces.

The guest of honour was Lt Gen Sir Robert Fulton, president of the Combined Cadet Forces’ Association.

Also present were old Oratorians Lt Col Ed Moorhouse, Capt Bertie Kerr and pianist Chris Redfern.

The contingent commander Marland Green gave an after-dinner speech before Lt Gen Fulton presented medals and clasps to the school’s officers.



Outgoing headmaster Clive Dytor was thanked for supporting the cadet movement during his 15 years at the school.
