Open week for visitors at Cranford House

AT Cranford House there is a genuine commitment to the happiness and progress of each individual

AT Cranford House there is a genuine commitment to the happiness and progress of each individual pupil.

This is evidenced by outstanding results despite the school’s non selective status and an Independent Schools Inspectorate report that awarded Cranford the top mark of “excellent” in every category — and labelled it “outstanding” for early years.

The Sunday Times’s Parent Power Survey 2014 rated the school sixth nationally for small schools and results in 2015 surpassed those of the previous year with 88 per cent of all GCSE grades A* to B and an overall pass rate of 99.7 per cent at A* to C.

Located in Moulsford, Cranford provides a vibrant education for boys aged three to seven and girls aged three to 16, combining academic excellence, outstanding pastoral care and a wealth of all-round opportunities. A strong family feel runs through the school from the nursery through to the senior school.

Small year groups ensure individual attention and progress and specialist teaching is provided from an early age.

With more than 50 different clubs from equestrian and judo to drama, the opportunities are endless.

Sport and music flourish at the school with over 25 per cent of year 11 pupils achieving grade eight each year in vocal and instrumental exams.

To find out more, please visit Cranford House during its upcoming junior and senior school open week from November 16 to 20. Opening hours are 9.30am to 3pm each day. Alternatively, call the admissions team on (01491) 651218.
