High standards yield outstanding results

RUPERT House School, on the edge of Henley, takes boys from three to seven years old, and girls

RUPERT House School, on the edge of Henley, takes boys from three to seven years old, and girls from three to 11 years old.

It is a town school with beautiful, spacious playing fields and a reputation for traditional values, academic standards and good manners.

The school is the only Independent Association of Prep Schools school in the Henley and Marlow area, and therefore has a strong attendance from these towns and their surrounding villages. The high academic standards of the school are reflected in its outstanding results and in the quality of the schools the girls and boys attend after Rupert House.

Last year, 18 scholarships to senior schools were earned out of 23 girls in year six.

The school prides itself on offering a full and varied curriculum, including Forest School for children in the lower school and trips abroad for girls in the older years.

The school strives to evolve, allowing the children to benefit from new initiatives, such as developing the areas of sport, music and ICT, and broadening the school’s appeal to working parents.

Rupert House will be offering a wider range of bursaries and scholarships for places in the upper school for September 2016. To enquire about bursaries and scholarships, call admissions on (01491) 574263 or email office@ruperthouse.oxon.sch.uk to register interest by Friday, February 12.

The school is also hosting an open day on Friday, March 4. For more information, visit www.ruperthouse.org
