Gillotts talent showcase boosts charity

PUPILS at Gillotts School in Henley took part in a gym, dance and performance showcase over two days last week.

PUPILS at Gillotts School in Henley took part in a gym, dance and performance showcase over two days last week.

The performers include Radioactive, a GCSE music ensemble, GCSE dance group Faultline and a drama piece called Flash Trainers. The school’s guitar club also performed and Sarah White gave a solo choreographed performance, Guests, including parents and fellow pupils, had the chance to browse an art exhibition during the interval.

All proceeds from the sale of programmes went towards Pump Aid, a charity which aims to improve the availability of safe, protected water for the most vulnerable communities in Malawi and beyond.

The students have raised more than £2,000 for the charity since they began fund-raising last year.
