College covers a whole range of subjects on its 400-acre site

BERKSHIRE College of Agriculture is a further and higher education college with a land-based specialism.

Based in Burchetts Green, Maidenhead, the college offers education to approximately 1,500 full-time learners in its stunning 400-acre campus.

Students can study from foundation and entry levels right up to foundation degrees, which are validated by the University of Reading and Bucks New University.

Subjects include agriculture, art and design, animal management, applied science, business studies, early years, equine studies, floristry, foundation studies, health and social care, horticulture and countryside management, media production, motor vehicles, outdoor education, performing arts, public services, sport studies and, new for 2016-17, travel and tourism.

To complement its full-time offering, students can also study a range of recreational part-time courses alongside qualifications from the Royal Horticultural Society and the National Proficiency Tests Council.



The college also runs a successful apprenticeship provision in partnership with Activate Enterprise, focusing on animal care, equine studies, floristry, horticulture and motor vehicles.
