School to host circus

HAPPY’S Circus will visit Checkendon Primary School on Wednesday to raise money for new play field equipment.

HAPPY’S Circus will visit Checkendon Primary School on Wednesday to raise money for new play field equipment.

There will also be a barbecue and licensed bar plus circus-themed games and stalls.

There will be a raffle with prizes including a Hobbs of Henley boat trip, landscape gardening for the day with BSW Landscapes, a Charlotte Snowden photoshoot and a personal training session with Gabby Robinson.

TV mathematician Johnny Ball will announce the lucky winners of the raffle and there will be a silent auction.

Gates will open at 4.30pm and the circus show will be from 6pm to 8pm.
