School is praised

THE Piggott School in Wargrave has been rated “outstanding” by a Christian schools inspector.

THE Piggott School in Wargrave has been rated “outstanding” by a Christian schools inspector.

The Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools praised the relationships between staff and students, the school’s leadership and its exam results.

The inspectors said Piggott had a “distinctive Christian character” and students valued religious education classes.

Headteacher Derren Gray said: “My sincere thanks to all who contributed to this outstanding grade.”
