A MAN is appealing for the return of his £160 electronic tablet, which he believes was stolen from his bag

A MAN is appealing for the return of his £160 electronic tablet, which he believes was stolen from his bag.

Christian Baker, 25, of St Mark?s Road, Henley, had left the bag unattended for a few minutes while he was in the Blockbuster shop in Market Place between 5pm and 5.30pm on Wednesday last week.

He only realised the Google Nexus 7 was missing when he arrived home.

Mr Baker, a barman at the Little Angel pub in White Hill, said the tablet was a Christmas present from his mother.

He said: ?I?ve lived in Henley most of my life and never heard of someone being mugged or having something stolen from them when they?re out and about.?

Police are investigating. Anyone with information should call Mr Baker on 07983 407319 or the police via their non-emergency number, 101.
