POLICE were called after a row broke out between two women and staff at a Henley restaurant.

The women went into Zizzi in Hart Street and told staff to remove an A-board outside, claiming it was a danger to pedestrians, or they would call the town council.

When the staff explained that the board was in the correct position, the women became aggressive and then stormed out.

Police said the women were in the Rive Gauche boutique next door both before and after the incident.

One woman was in her fifties, short, petite, with short blonde hair and wearing a brown jacket with fur-lined hood. The other was also in her fifties, olive-skinned, petite, with short black hair and wearing a bright green T-shirt.

The incident happened at about 2.45pm on March 21. Anyone with information should call the police on 101.
