A MAN stole alcohol, food and tobacco from Sainsbury’s in Henley.

He entered the Bell Street store at 4.45pm on April 14 and scanned his shopping at a self-service check-out. He then put a card in the chip and pin machine and pretended to type in his pin number before leaving without paying.

Police said the thief was 22, 6ft, with short mousey-blonde spiked hair and was wearing a dark T-shirt with a large red Arizona motif on the chest. He jad a tattoo of barbed wire around his upper right arm. If you have information, call police on 101.
