A MAN has been banned from the road for 32 months after pleading guilty to drink-driving.

A MAN has been banned from the road for 32 months after pleading guilty to drink-driving.

Jonathan Cooper, 22, of High Street, Benson, admitted driving in Wantage Road, Wallingford, on August 31 with 125mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, more than three-and-a-half times over the legal limit of 35mg.

Oxford Magistrates’ Court also ordered him to carry out 20 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
