A TOTAL of 1,200 litres of heating oil, worth about £800, was stolen from a house in Harpsden between November

A TOTAL of 1,200 litres of heating oil, worth about £800, was stolen from a house in Harpsden between November 3 and 7.

Colin Boyes, police community support officer for Henley, urged residents to keep their homes and outbuildings secure.

He said: “Last year we had a number of incidents of oil being stolen from tanks and this incident may be indicative of another wave of thefts.”
