A MAN has been jailed for two years for causing death by dangerous driving.

A MAN has been jailed for two years for causing death by dangerous driving.

Keith Marsh, 61, of Manor Way, Dartford, Kent, was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court on Friday after pleading guilty on December 19.

Marsh was driving a Mercedes skip loader vehicle with a trailer north from Nettlebed on the A4130 at Port Hill, Nuffield, when the crash happened on November 21, 2013.

He was coming out of a right hand bend but drove across the road into the southbound carriageway and into the path of oncoming traffic.

The lorry collided with a Porsche Boxster being driven by Joel Roques, 51, from Appleford, who died at the scene.



Marsh was also disqualified from driving for four years.
