Pair charged after pub incident

TWO men have been charged following an incident at the Greyhound pub in Whitchurch on Easter Sunday.

TWO men have been charged following an incident at the Greyhound pub in Whitchurch on Easter Sunday.

Alan Frew, 21, of Eccles Close, Caversham, and Nicholas Slatcher, 19, of Teviot Road, Tilehurst, are both accused of obstructing and resisting a police constable in the execution of their duty.

Slatcher is also charged with assault by beating.

Both have been bailed to appear at Oxford Magistrates? Court on May 12.
