A WOMAN was bitten by a dog while she was out jogging along the Thames Path in Henley.
The 27-year-old was running with her friend and dog when the incident took place between 6.55pm and 7.05pm on May 26.
They ran past a man and his dog who snarled at the victim?s dog. They ran back towards them again a short while later and the man?s dog ran towards the victim?s dog.
The man?s dog sunk its teeth into the victim?s right thigh causing bleeding, swelling and bruising.
The dog owner is white, tall, slim and in his seventies. He was wearing a blazer and chinos.
PC Elizabeth Masters, of Henley police, said: ?We are keen to speak to anyone who may have information on this attack or may know the owner of the dog
?This is a popular area for dog walking and at this time of day it is likely people would have seen the incident take place.
