Shelter vandal

A BUS shelter in Harpsden Road, Henley, was vandalised in the early hours of Sunday.

A BUS shelter in Harpsden Road, Henley, was vandalised in the early hours of Sunday.

Police said a man is believed to be responsible for smashing the glass panels in shelter, which is used by elderly residents of nearby War Memorial Place.

Local residents Ed Porter and Jonny Snipper cleared up the grass with the help of Chantelle Warrick, who loaned an NKA removals van.

The suspect was 18 and 25 and slim and wearing a black hooded top and jogging bottoms. Anyone with information should call police on 101.
