POLICE have posted flyers on cars parked in Deanfield Road and Tilebarn Close, Henley, after complaints about anti-social behaviour.

The roads are regularly used by students at The Henley College to park their cars and officers will now be patrolling the area.

The flyer said: “Complaints have been received from residents regarding inconsiderate parking, speeding, noise, abusive language and anti-social behaviour by persons who park their vehicles in the area.”

College principal Jayne Davis said: “We have a very positive relationship with the local police and have recently discussed the issue of driving, litter and parking.

“There are almost 1,800 full-time students at the college and it is unfortunate that a tiny minority are being inconsiderate.”
