POLICE are hunting a man who told a 13-year-old boy to get into his van.

POLICE are hunting a man who told a 13-year-old boy to get into his van.

The incident happened at about 8.40am on Wednesday last week as the boy was walking in Greenmore, Woodcote.

The driver of the black van sounded his horn and told the boy he was a taxi driver. The teenager ignored him and carried on walking.

A child reported a similar incident in Busgrove Lane, Stoke Row, in January or February and police are investigating whether this may be linked.

The man is described as white with short brown hair and in his thirties or forties.

Anyone with information should call the Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.
