Snowdrops and Owen

A FREE snowdrop-themed open day will be held at All Saints’ Church in Dunsden on Sunday from 10am to 5pm with a service at 11am.

There will be guided tours of the building, live music and readings as well as refreshments including.

Visitors can learn about the Wilfred Owen Trail, which was launched in 2015 to honour the First World War poet who lived in the village from 1911 to 1913.

Donations will be taken towards the maintenance of the church’s windows and to fund a new window themed around Owen’s life and works.
