Discover heritage

CAVERSHAM Court is opening its doors next week as part of a series of Heritage Open Days.

Visitors will be able to see works of art and poetry by Caversham artists inspired by the heritage site. Take a tour of the historic gardens, learn about Caversham’s unique history, enjoy tea by the river at the tea kiosk run by local charities.

On Thursday, September 11, and Friday, September 12, there will be art in the gardens, tours of the gardens and trees, from 2pm to 4pm and tours of St Peter’s church at 2.30pm. Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14, will feature arts and music in the gardens, bricks and tiles in Caversham, from 2pm to 4pm and storytelling at 2pm and 3pm.
