Discover yoga for wellbeing

DEVELOP strength, flexibility and mobility with yoga fitness classes in central Henley and surrounding areas with instructor Kara Wirt.

All classes cater for beginners and range from gentle flow classes to a more vigorous fitness yoga for weightloss and toning.

Kara comes from an athletic background so her attention to physical conditioning is second to none, this combined with her love of music and creative sequences make her classes upbeat and inspiring. She is passionate about the benefits of yoga for physical health and wellbeing and has experience working with children and adults of all ages and abilities.

Classes in Henley are Tuesday evenings 6.30pm to 7.30pm (gentle flow) and 8pm to 9pm (yoga workout) at Henley Town Hall, Wednesday mornings 7am to 8am (yoga workout) at Magoos, and Thursday 11am to 12 noon (gentle flow) at King’s Arms Barn. Private individual or group sessions are also available on request.
