Studio reforms Pilates exercise

STUDIO One, located on the outskirts of Nettlebed introduced the new BarreConcept earlier this year.

It’s a vibrant mix of intense body conditioning at the Barre, balance, core strength, upper body work and finishes off with abdominal floorwork.

All set to upbeat music to bring some life and soul back into working out, but still maintaining the high quality of technique to ensure a safe and effective workout.

The Thursday morning session is so popular it is full until Christmas. Therefore, a new Friday morning Barre session will start on September 26. Newcomers are welcome to sign up for the first lesson to see how they get on. Barre sessions will also run on Mondays at 5.30pm and Saturdays at 10.30am.

There are spaces for Pilates on a Monday night, and beginner sessions on Wednesday lunchtimes and Thursday evenings.
