VANESSA Mansergh, sports and remedial masseuse, has been running Pilates classes from a beautiful venue in Henley.
Pilates benefits everyone and most professional athletes rely on Pilates style exercises to help prevent injury and improve muscle endurance.
Vanessa’s firsthand experience of her own back injury and her successful rehabilitation using Pilates prompted her to add this discipline to her repertoire.
Whether you have a stiff back, inflexible body, poor posture, balance issues or tension in your neck and shoulders, Vanessa’s small and focused Pilates classes will help.
The classes will enable you to master the basics, the most important component of Pilates, however experienced you are, enabling you to reach your exercise goals.
