Dance your way to fitness

AFTER the excitement of the Strictly Come Dancing Finals and the huge turkey dinners, why not kick-start your 2015 resolutions

AFTER the excitement of the Strictly Come Dancing Finals and the huge turkey dinners, why not kick-start your 2015 resolutions to leave work on time, meet new people, get some exercise and learn something new by starting ballroom dancing in the stunning Henley Town Hall?

Learning to dance is tremendous fun, and is a complete contrast from whatever you do during the day.

It is an excellent way to forget the stresses and strains of your grumpy boss, naughty children, parking tickets and the January rain as you immerse yourself in the next step and the beautiful music. The Miles School of Dancing is starting a new adult beginners’ class on Monday, January 12, from 7pm to 8pm.

You will be introduced to the classic and beautiful waltz, a super simple social rhythm, a cheeky cha cha, the romantic rumba and the tantalising tango.

Teachers at the Miles School of Dancing have many years’ experience in teaching people of all ages and abilities and our belief is that anyone can dance. They are very excited about seeing new people walk into class and dance out at the end!
