Personal training is a great way to help you achieve your goals. I’m Chris Emmett, a personal trainer with a passion for helping people reach their goals and physical potential. I have been a trainer for two years since graduating from the University of Bath in sports performance and have recently finished a one-year course to be a qualified nutritionist.
I offer personal training in the Henley area from a state-of-the-art facility just outside the town. I specialise in weight loss in particular and getting women into resistance training, but have also worked with sportspeople such as triathletes and footballers, and helped a client reach Everest base camp.
