Time to buff up your bones...

PILATES ABC Henley is proud to introduce Buff Bones — an exciting new exercise system.

PILATES ABC Henley is proud to introduce Buff Bones — an exciting new exercise system.

Medically endorsed in the United States, Buff Bones is a complete workout for balance and bone strengthening designed by Rebekah Rotstein. It embraces Pilates, functional movement, strength training, and even has an aerobic element.

“It’s a fabulous way to improve posture, tone your arms, hips, back and tummy and is great for any age,” says Alyth Yealland, owner of Pilates ABC Henley.

“I loved the training and definitely found it challenging. Don’t worry though, the class can be adapted to any level, whether a newbie, just a little rusty or someone who has been exercising for years. Even better, there are specific techniques to help clients who may be less supple to get on and off the mat. Hurry though, spaces are limited and going fast.”

Classes start on Thursday, September 17, at 7.30pm at the Henley YMCA. Booking is necessary as there is a small class size to ensure a good client-teacher ratio.

To book, or for further details, call Alyth on 07521 699265 or email alyth@pilatesabc.co.uk
