Pilates is recommended by the charity Back Care UK (whose website can be found at www.backcare.org.uk).



Movements are choreographed to suit each client, adapting or offering alternatives as needed.

Alyth teaches Pilates for all levels of fitness from ages 18 to over 90.

She also teaches Pilates for antenatal and postnatal clients, diastasis recti (separated tummy muscles), arthritis, breathing, falls prevention, hip and knee replacements, osteopaenia/osteoporosis, Parkinson’s and scoliosis. Pilates ABC Henley runs in Henley, Crazies Hill, Hurley, Knowl Hill and Sonning Common (see advert for current timetable).

Private sessions are available. A free matwork taster is available to all newcomers and beginners are welcome.
