Pilates tutor learned all its benefits herself

PILATES ABC Henley offers gentle, balanced exercises to suit each client.

PILATES ABC Henley offers gentle, balanced exercises to suit each client.

Owner Alyth Yealland discovered the benefits of Pilates for herself when she looked for solutions to help her long-term back ache.

Keen to help others, she trained to teach with renowned Body Control Pilates and has never looked back.

Pilates helps the body become leaner, more poised, more flexible. Its a great way to help protect the spine, correct imbalanced muscles and relax the mind.

Why not come along and try a free class and find out for yourself? All you need to do is contact Alyth and book a session. Alyth’s classes are small and friendly, with an emphasis on teaching good alignment and movement patterns to benefit the client, not only in class but in everyday life. Clients range in age from 16 to 85 and over.

A different lesson plan is choreographed every week, modified to suit the needs of each client. Where appropriate, Alyth works hand in hand with medical practitioners to produce a customised workout.

Classes are held in Henley, Sonning Common, Crazies Hill, Knowl Hill and Hurley during the day and evening.

All equipment is provided. Beginners are welcome. Private sessions are available.

For more information, call Alyth on 07521 699265 or email alyth@pilatesabc.co.uk
